透過智慧型行動裝置,消費者得以隨時隨地展開其購物流程,實體與虛擬通路之間的界線將逐漸模糊甚至消失,無縫的購物體驗將有助於提升消費者的忠誠度與價值,而受到2020年Covid-19疫情的影響,前往實體通路的可能性大幅降低,許多人轉以數位的方式搜尋、瀏覽、購買商品,疫情後,實體門市再次開放,但隨著人們消費習慣的改變,線上線下都已納入其購物流程當中,全通路的發展速度將大幅提升,因此,全通路對於服飾業者是未來重要的發展趨勢之一。本研究以個案研究法為主,對於美國與台灣的服飾產業之全通路發展與現象進行探討、分析、歸納與統整。本研究結果發現美國與台灣雖然在零售、電子商務的發展上有較相似的歷程,但在全通路的

發展上,美國服飾業者於全通路的策略發展上較為全面且多元,而台灣目前僅位於全通路的起步階段,因此針對全通路發展策略上之差異,本研究對台灣的服飾業者在未來發展的方向上提出實務建議,期望未來台灣服飾產業的全通路發展將更加快速與豐富。

再生手作紙設計應用於雲垛戲劇教學品牌

近年由於人類與環境共生共存之議題持續受到重視,而廢棄物回收仍是環境保護重點。本研究創作為個人經驗結合從事多年的戲劇教學現場,以解決戲劇教學時使用學習材料及教具所產生的廢棄物問題。從設計思考的同理心、定義、發想、原型、測試之思考方法,以及戲劇教學品牌與學習溝通材料進行探討,並透過再生手作紙品牌及綠色設計案例研究,以論證再生手作紙設計及包裝減量測試之創作脈絡。以廢棄物中的「回收紙」為材料,創作戲劇教學品牌識別標誌設計,以及週邊教學道具。本結論以回收紙透過設計,蛻變成再生手作紙設計教學材料,廢棄物可減少百分之八十;並以「觸覺」與「視覺」為體驗主軸的再生手作紙材料,形成產品即是包裝,並成為最直接的環

境永續面向訊息的傳遞媒介;透過識別標誌設計能提升戲劇教學的品牌識別度及創新教學價值定位。期許商業設計師不再只設計視覺外觀,能結合永續設計來解決設計及環境問題,亦能開創其它創新商業行為及創新創業計畫之願景目標,以達永續環境議題之良善設計之美意。
