ピザ用チーズ 30g
ベーコン 20g
マヨネーズ  適量
パセリ(みじん切り)適量
塩コショウ 少々

作り方:
1.とうもろこしはラップで包んで600Wの電子レンジで4分加熱し、粗熱をとってからとうもろこしピーラーで粒を取り出す。

2.じゃがいもはスライサーで薄くスライスし、耐熱皿においてラップをし、600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。

3.耐熱容器に(2)を並べて塩コショウをふる。ピザ用チーズをのせ、マヨネーズをかけ、1センチ幅にカットしたベーコン、(1)をおき、オーブントースターで10分程度焼き色がつくまで焼く。

4.パセリをふったら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
1 corn
30g shredded cheese
20g bacon
Some mayonnaise
Some parsley (chopped)
Some salt and pepper

PREPARATION
1. Wrap the corn with a food wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600w. Let it cool, then remove corn kernels from the cob.

2. Slice potatoes thinly. Put potato slices on a heat-proof plate, then microwave for 2 minutes at 600w.

3. Place potato slices (2) in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Put some shredded cheese and mayonnaise. Place bacon (cut into 1cm pieces) and corn (1) on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden.

4. Sprinkle with some parsley.

5. Enjoy!

Artificial intelligence (AI)輔助故障偵測與診斷(Fault Detection and Diagnosis, FDD)在1998年後蓬勃發展,到2019年,有一篇文獻發表,彙整近20年來開發各項AI工具用於FDD,文章中預期未來可整合多項工具[1],實現自動化監控與性能調整(Monitoring-based commission),可以有效實現能源節約,然而,到2021年底,搜尋SDOL與IEL資料庫中,與AI 輔助FDD相關的論文,並沒有任何具體的冷凍冷藏系統節能效益的論文發表,對於普及應用AI輔助 FDD,沒有足夠的案例數據研究,將妨礙其發展。因此,本研究為釐

清AI輔助FDD是否真的具備節約能源效益,與一家冷凍設備維護廠商合作,真實將AI應用在30間冷凍食品案場,共100套不同的冷凍裝置中,這些冷凍裝置的功率從2.5~20 hp,冷凍的貨物包含生鮮食品、醃製品、乳製品及肉類製品等,希望從這些案例,獲致實際的節能效益。在實際應用於案場中,研究發現了AI輔助FDD應用的三項瓶頸點,分別是1) 實施可行性(含實施成本);2) 無歷史資料可對AI訓練;與3)案場業主的信任度。對應前兩個瓶頸點,因此本研究發展了創新AIoT系統與用於冷凍系統遷移學習技術(Transfer learning technology)加以克服,建構了一套用於冷凍設備的Interne

t of Things (IoT)裝置,並利用已經商業化的Azure platform,參考前述文獻中所報告的各項AI工具,建構於雲端,實現AIoT系統。累積從2020年至2021年,2年測試期間,在30間冷凍食品案場的測試結果,確認AI assisted Fault Detection可以有效降低15~17%的能源消耗(一年),AI assisted Fault Diagnosis有效降低8~10%的能源消耗(一年),更重要的是,此智能輔助遠端冷凍系統故障診斷平台可以有效減少原本設備維護服務所需的交通成本與人事費用。
