摘要 過去文獻指出，就業型態對大專畢業生的職業發展具有影響，所以對影響青年就業型態選擇的因素應被關心。從保留工資理論及防禦性風險觀點，似乎看見尋職期的影響性，因此對於尋職期是否為青年初職就業型態的影響因素，是本研究的焦點。另外，雖然就業力有助於解決青年失業問題，但是在初職尋職期對初職就業型態的影響上扮演什麼角色仍不清楚，這將是本研究另一個要探討的問題。本研究運用「社會排除、青年失業與非典型就業：實證經驗的建構與社會政策回應（III）」調查進行分析，並以全職與兼職作為就業型態的區分。經二元羅吉斯迴歸檢定後發現，大專畢業青年尋職期對初職就業型態具有顯著的負向影響，這表示尋職期越長越容易以兼
