隨著科技的進步,已有眾多深度神經網路應用在邊緣計算裝置或移動設備上。但鑒於神經網路大量的參數及運算使得邊緣計算裝置運行困難。因此我們採取了不同知識蒸餾的方法並結合現今熱門的智慧運動議題,來使需要在邊緣裝置上運行的球偵測輕量模型有效地提升精度。在實驗中,我們提出的可學習輔助教材對於提升模型的表現是非常好的,相較於知識蒸餾前的原始準確率平均提升了1%,最好的表現能夠達到91.3%。

應用深度學習影像辨識技術於半導體封裝之自動化測量平台探針控制之研究

探針是半導體封裝檢測量測平台重要且脆弱的裝置,快速且安全的探針控制是量測平台設計核心功能之一。本研究以新型電磁波訊號量測平台為例,設計以影像控制方式為基礎的探針控制系統。由於探針的位置與其所獲得的影像清晰度為非線性關係,較不容易以一般控制方法處理。本論文分析此下針控制問題的困難,並整合深度學習與影像辨識技術,以CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)建立探針影像清晰度與距離關係的分類與迴歸模型,預測探針的位置並決定其移動速度,作為量測平台控制探針的基礎。本論文比較不同的CNN網路架構處理此問題的精確度,並與不同控制方法進行比較。實驗結果得知AlexNet架構的模型

有96.85%的精確度且計算量少,較適合用於實用環境中。下針控制流程以改良版的CNN分類方式能有效減少下針消耗時間又能保有良好的下針品質。
