本研究主要探討非營利組織中,主管的真誠領導及員工心理資本間之關係、員工心理資本及離職意願間之關係、員工心理資本在真誠領導與離職意願間的中介效果,以及工作壓力在真誠領導與員工心理資本間是否具有干擾效果。研究以發放電子問卷連結方式,受測對象為非營利組織成員,總共回收有效問卷233份。研究結果顯示:1.真誠領對員工心理資本具有正向影響。2.員工心理資本對離職意願具有負向影響。3.員工心理資本在真誠領導與離職意願之間具有中介效果。4. 工作壓力會干擾真誠領導與員工心理資本的正向關係。工作壓力愈高時,會減弱真誠領導與員工心理資本之正向關係;反之,工作壓愈低時,會增強真誠領導與員工心理資本之正向關係。本

由於2021年新冠肺炎疫情(COVID-19)的擴散爆發,臺灣許多公司逐漸以遠距工作的方式取代現有的工作方式。本研究旨在探討遠距工作者之工作績效與員工忠誠度之影響,以工作滿意度為中介效果探討,加入其他可能影響工作滿意度之構面因素(組織氣候、彈性工作安排、工作生活平衡、工作投入)來進行分析。本研究共收回200份有效問卷,回收率100%,根據統計分析結果發現組織氣候對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響、彈性工作安排對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響、工作生活平衡對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響、及工作投入對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響、工作滿意度對工作績效有顯著的正向影響、及工作滿意度對員工忠誠度有顯著的正向影響。
