Has the nickname of [Hokuriku Tiger]. While many Iekei ramen shops are crowded due to the recent boom in Iekei, there are only 10 shops (including Yoshimuraya) nationwide that can call themselves [Sohonzan direct line shops], and not only in Toyama prefecture but also in nearby prefectures and far away on weekends. It is a popular restaurant that is visited by people from the Kanto region who are looking for that taste.

羽球視覺訓練系統建構與測試

目的：現今羽球教練訓練選手大多透過多球訓練或選手多打一的方式來提升選手各在羽球方面技術的能力。為能幫助教練及選手進行更簡單且有效的訓練，本研究以運動視覺為依據，研發一套可在羽球的專項多球訓練中，模擬擊球目標區、對手站位及實際比賽情境之視覺訓練裝置。訓練裝置主要元件為1組LED燈控制盒及6盞LED燈。 方法：本研究以高中青少年羽球單打選手為研究對象（實驗組N=16，控制組N=16），實驗組透過此羽球視覺訓練系統介入訓練後，再以ATHLEVISION運動視覺檢測軟體（ASICS Corporation, Japan）進行檢測，再將所得之資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析（mixed desig
n tow-way ANOVA）進行考驗，若交互作用有顯著，則以單純主要效果進一步考驗。 結果：結果發現實驗組之選手經介入訓練後，在各項運動視覺能力檢測中，在動態視覺銳度-下、眼球運動、周邊視野與瞬間視覺結果皆呈現顯著的訓練成效。

本研究旨在探討不同組別（實驗組、對照組）和不同測驗別（前測、後測）對國小五年級學童身體素質（力量、速度、心肺耐力、柔軟度和敏捷性）的影響。以屏東縣偏遠某國小30名五年級學童為研究對象，平均分配到實驗組（男8、女7名，平均身高141.3±7.04公分，體重34.68±9.92公斤）與控制組（男8、女7名，平均身高141.41±6.26公分，體重36.95±6.8公斤）。本研究實驗工具為繩梯，探討五週的繩梯訓練對學童的身體力量、速度、心肺耐力、柔軟度以及敏捷性是否有改善效果。透過實驗設計的方式，將所得數據採混合設計二因子變異數分析(mix design 2-way ANOVA)加以考驗，若交
互作用顯著，則以單純主要效果(simple main effect)進一步考驗其差異性，顯著水準訂為α= .05。結果發現，五週的繩梯訓練對學童的柔軟度達到顯著的改善效果（實驗組：26.7公分9.8 vs. 30.37.9；控制組：26.48.0 vs. 25.39.1公分，p< .05），但在其他身體素質測試項目並無顯著的改善效果。結論：五週的繩梯運動，可有效提升學童的柔軟度，但無法有效改善其他身體素質項目。
