台灣多層次傳銷事業經營模式之研究-以TA公司為研究對象

多層次傳銷產業在台灣迄今邁入第四十八年,已發展為異於傳統行銷通路之產業,儼然成為國內獨樹一格經營模式,提供國人就業機會並創造財富。然而各家傳銷公司已處在激烈競爭中,尤其本國藉傳銷事業之規模屬中小型企業居多,必須具備獨特之經營模式,才能不被嚴酷競爭淘汰。本研究採行質化研究之個案分析法及深度訪談法,依據Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) 提出之經營模式為理論架構,探討本國籍中小型傳銷個案TA公司之經營模式,系統性分析其九個重要構成元素與相互關係。研究結果發現:(1) 傳銷公司經營模式,最重要靈魂係價值主張,顧客關係為次之;(2) 關鍵之資源、協作夥伴及活動,為啟動競爭優

勢之鎖鑰;(3) 傳銷經營模式,應以人為本、以終為始、持續更新,面對詭譎多變、眾多複雜因素紛擾之大環境局勢,具應變力先存活才是硬道理。根據經濟部中小企業處(2022)資料:國內中小型企業占比高達98.93%。本研究結果期望對台灣多層次傳銷產業之中小企業、新創公司投資人、經營者、專業經理人、投入本產業獨立傳銷商,提供一個整體經營模式架構之參考。未來產業界線將越趨模糊,甚至為跨產業跨多方領域之無界線態勢,無論從那一種產業出發抑或深耕,皆必須打造企業本身更具彈性與靭性、獨特且專屬之經營模式,實乃企業生存之關鍵、帷幄致勝之商道。

服務品質對顧客忠誠度的影響-以桃園地區記帳及報稅代理人服務為例

台灣於2004年公布實施「記帳士法」後,經國家考試取得記帳士資格開業者逐年增加,原屬於記帳及報稅代理人獨佔的記帳業市場快速被瓜分。在快速成長的激烈競爭下,要如何使記帳及報稅代理人能以非價格因素取得優勢,是業界須面對的課題。唯有提升服務品質以提高顧客忠誠度,才能取得優勢。研究者以桃園地區使用記帳及報稅代理人服務的業者為研究對象,進行抽樣與問卷調查。2022年4月初發放問卷300份,至5月底回收257份,扣除無效問卷,實際有效問卷257份,有效回收率88.5%。回收問卷資料經使用SPSS為研究工具,進行信度效度分析、敘述性統計分析、皮爾森相關分析、迴歸分析、單因子變異數分析。目的在深入探討記帳及

報稅代理人服務品質對與忠誠度的影響。研究結果顯示:記帳及報稅代理人服務品質對顧客忠誠度有正向顯著的影響;問卷對象的教育程度,對服務品質的關懷性構面,以及忠誠度有著因教育程度不同而來的差異看法。
