傾聽失智症長者生命絮語之敘說探究

Living Words 源自於2007年英國倫敦Susanna Howard 創立的藝術和文學非營利慈善組織，服務對象有失智症患者、孤寂與世隔絕和無能為力的人，服務地點在護理之家、療養院、社區場所、藝術中心、日間中心、圖書館、劇院和醫院等，工作的方式是以一對一進行Living Words的傾聽模式為期8～15週，研究者重點筆記長者他們此時此刻的聲音和文字去創作出他們的個人書籍，所以生命絮語的呈現是為了讓鰥寡孤獨廢疾者展現並突顯他們對社會的價值。本研究以Living Words的模式進行敘說探究，透過生命絮語了解傾聽陪伴對失智症長者及照顧者的歷程與意義，並提出整體發現與啟示。研究對象為居住機
構式照護且65歲以上診斷為失智症的長者三位，以及主要負責照護的工作人員與照顧者三位。研究自2020年2～4月透過傾聽、陪伴與覆述收集失智症長者的語言文字等敘說資料，於6月完成照顧者訪談，並進行訪談內容之探究與分析。本研究生命絮語進行的方式為傾聽失智症長者並書寫紀錄，傾聽過程中不給予個人回應與對談，而使用失智症長者說過的話語來覆述回應；收集10週的生命絮語文本提供給照顧者，讓照顧者反覆閱讀朗誦感受文字3～4週，藉由文字重新再認識長者的世界，並編排長者的生命絮語而創作新詩，且為編排的新詩擬下主題，總計完成42篇生命絮語新詩；最後將生命絮語詩集轉換成有聲視覺畫面影片，直接播放給長者和照顧者一同欣賞。
生命絮語的意義，對長者而言是在傾聽與陪伴的過程得到關懷且被同理，而照顧者能透過閱讀長者的生命絮語，產生不同的個人覺察與感受，給予長者正向的回應。未來社會大眾可藉由欣賞生命絮語詩集，看見生命絮語的影響是串起人與人之間的連結，突顯失智症長者對社會的價值。本研究建議長照單位和學生服務性社團，能夠推廣生命絮語這個有意義的陪伴和藝術活動。關鍵字：傾聽、陪伴、失智症、長者、生命絮語、敘說探究、新詩

本論文提出名為「超物件閱讀」的後批判閱讀模式，以回應同一現象於不同量尺之下以不同方式體現的人類世量尺差異問題。以往見到的解決方式無法兼顧不同量尺。超物件閱讀藉由向文本內的超物件調和並追尋其輪廓，得以闡釋不同量尺如何受超物件影響。第一章說明超物件閱讀的脈絡與程序，尤其著重說明人類世、經修正的物件導向本理論、後批判轉折，以及稱為修辭詩學的敘事學分支等脈絡。第二章是三篇案例分析之首，向失能超物件調和以閱讀約書亞．費瑞斯的小說《The Unnamed》（2010）。為彌補醫學、社會與關聯等失能模型之不足，我提出辯證失能模型以闡釋位於身體、心理、物質生態與社會生態之交錯點的平衡生態位。第三章向數位超物
